Tax & Payout Disclaimer

By signing up as a Sales Delegate, you acknowledge the following:

Tax Responsibility: You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are solely responsible for reporting all commission income to the appropriate tax authorities. sLab will issue a Form 1099-NEC for annual earnings of $600 or more.

Tax Information Required: You must provide valid tax information (W-9 or equivalent) before receiving your first payout. Failure to provide tax documentation will result in payout holds.

Contact & Address: You are responsible for keeping your mailing address, email, and phone number current. Outdated contact information may delay payouts or tax documents.

Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid according to the current payout schedule. sLab reserves the right to modify commission rates for new signups with 30 days notice. Existing account commissions are honored at the rate in effect at time of signup.

Account Eligibility: Commission is earned only on active, paying tenant accounts. Suspended, cancelled, or free/preview accounts do not generate commissions.
